The Proposed ACTS Complex at Konza Technopolis is a substantial institutional building currently under construction. The appointment is as Clerk of Works, providing independent inspection and monitoring on behalf of the client.
The works include reinforced concrete structural frames, basement construction, floor slabs, lift cores, MEP coordination, waterproofing, finishes and associated external works.
